The capital of the United States of America sits on the scenic Potomac River. Monuments, museums, and Americana characterize this historic city, which is located in the District of Columbia between the states of Maryland and Virginia.
The trip was fun and I love it . And I recommend to my friend to take this tour. I love the nigara falls trip but others too . One thing I wished was we could visit many places in Boston . Boston is so big . The small bus should be open heater . The tour guide , Jerry Zhang is the best tour guide. He is so patient. Everyone should take this trip who want to explore USA and the world !
That trip was awesome and I had a lot fun . I met a lot of people and we became friends during the trip . I love that trip if Nigara falls and other too . One thing I wish is we could visit many places in Boston. The next thing is the small bus should open heater . The tour guide , Jerry Jhang , he is the best tour guide I’ve ever seen . So that was worth it . Everyone should try , and I recommend to my friends to join with this tour .
The tour was very well planned and organized. Jerry Zhang was awesome, kind and well informed. He kept us informed about what to expect next, whether it was related to the monuments or food or weather. We did the tour on Jan 12 -15, 2024 and visited Philadelphia, DC and Niagara Falls. Trip to Niagara on Jan 14th was a crazy drive through the winter storm. The driver was awesome ( I don’t know his name), very patient, careful even though the roads were extremely bad and visibility was ‘zero’. It took double the time to drive but no complaints, safety is priority #1 for Jerry. We really enjoyed the trip even though temperatures were as low as -17degree Celsius.
This was my second tour with TakeTours. First was West Coast tour way back in 2018. Memories of my first tour Mr Peter as our guide are still fresh . This time too Mr Samy & Catherine conducted the tour in very nice manner. Special attention was given to we senior citizens. We being vegetarians our guide always chose places where veg meals was available. I remember his tag line ' I want smileon everyone's face'. This was yet another tour to be remembered forever.
Booked the one day tour to DC for my parents. The 1-Day Washington DC Tour was a memorable experience for the entire family. They thoroughly enjoyed visiting numerous attractions throughout the day. The tour was completed punctually, allowing them to see a lot of things, although some places felt a bit rushed. Their tour guide, a warm and kind lady, possessed extensive knowledge of history and geography. Her vivid descriptions of each and every spot elevated the entire tour to an amazing level1. Thank you.
We enjoyed fully this 4 days tour from 8/20/23 to 8/23/23. Both the tour guides, Lidi & Kenny, did excellent job explaining the details and accommodated our physical restrictions. Drivers also were co-operative & friendly. We have one suggestion. The policy of take tours is not followed daily for seat rotation. Hence you are at one location in the bus for two days. Tourists in front will be happy, but think of condition of back seaters.
What made this trip perfect was the tour guide Leo! He was so attentive so friendly and knowledgeable. The food is mostly Chinese , breakfast is not included, there was also not much time in the mornings to have breakfast at the hotel so maybe it was better that breakfast would be arranged by yourself. All the hotels were very nice with spacious room. The bus drive was very good. Everything was on time and very well organized. The total price was reasonable. There was WIFI on the bus. Thanks so much! Travel date: 25/08/2023 for 5 days and 4 nights.
I booked my trip for 4 days from Canada to USA, Newyork, Washington, Boston , Pennsylvania. Tour guide Eddie was awesome, full of knowledge. The driver Saeed was very kind, experienced and safe driver. Both Eddie and Saeed are true gentleman with great caring attitude for all tourists. It was my first bus trip ever and I really enjoyed my tour. Thank you.
Good tour overall. Lots of sights to see on quite a tight schedule that covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time. (NYC/Washington/Philadelphia/Niagara Falls/Boston). This involves significant time on a bus. Itinerary didn't exactly match online in regard to attractions or order of days. Cost wise overall was reasonable and cheaper than other tour companies: ~600 USD (tour) + additional ~600 USD (attractions + dinner day 4-6, these are optional but would recommend taking all of them). Accommodation was surprisingly good, double queen or single King in mostly Hilton or equivalent hotels. No need to take the 'upgrade option'. Customer service made several administrative of errors but was very responsive (did not provide hotel upgrade despite booking but refunded within 24 hours of complaint). Improvements: provide contact details of tour guide/local contact prior to start of tour (Tour guide was unaware I was at airport, and I needed to call many numbers, who eventually got me through to someone, who called me an uber to my hotel), provide provisional itinerary in advanced, (preferably in print form). Do note that this is a bilingual tour but mainly catered towards Mandarin speaking tourists. I am bilingual, so it suited me well.
I would recommend this three days tours to anyone who is interested in seeing the main attractions in east coast USA. Niagra falls outstanding evening with light show and boat ride. In depth tour of Washington D. C with entry into congress building. PA tour on the bus. Mark, our tour guide was genuine, caring, and attentive to everyone interests. Planning was superb. Not even a single minute wasted.
